Shoots it's past 3am on a thursday MORNING and i'm still awake, doing what? Fussing over UGC... and argh! Do NOT even get me started on our history teacher... oooooooooooooooo that disgusting uncaring theory X lecturer! She need to learns from William OUCHI's theory Z. She needs to transform into, or rather ADOPT, the japanese management, and not her own individualistic biased organization. She needs scanlan managment, or maybe just-in-time management, or time quiality management. NO better yet, change herself into a theory Y manager!!!!!

She has totally no interpersonal communication skills. Her dyadic conversations are going to fail. She's obviously in a co-culture of her own, and probably her own out-group too.
SEE?! this is what happens when an angry loisa starts ranting in the wee hours of the morning. She starts communicating to herself. She starts sprouting out stuff about organizational communications and interpersonal communications as if they are bean sprouts. Cabbage. Samuel's wig. Hair. Flicking everywhere. Herbal essence.
