I found this small snippet of a piece of paper in my bible today. It made me reflect quite a bit actually
"Only one life, Twil soon be past
Only your work for Christ will last"
Hmm inspirational eh? Made me realise that my sole purpose on earth, and everyone else's i guess, is to glorify the Lord, win more souls, and bless everyone around me.
I shall try to do that, but i of course will stray halfway and therefore, i say a little prayer for the Lord to give me strength and faith to carry on.
On to a few jokes i read in an email. Pretty hilarious haha. I couldn't stop laughing.
- "work facinates me". I can look at it all day. (-.-)
- The wise never marry, but when and if they do, they become otherwise. (ahahaha!)
- A bus station is where a bus stops. (duh)
A train station is where a train stops. (sigh... yeah)
On my desk, i have a work station... (...?)
What more can i say? (heeee heee hee!!)
ooo boy, haha made my day sia.
OH yeah, and sammi made me one happy kid when she told me she ain't a com whiz either. haha no idea why, but it made me feel not quite a dumb ass. =) Thank you sam!! =)
Right, now i gotta go sleep early. AND i have to write that letter to cherie. She seems so sad lar, i cannot take it. Must write something. Although i'm not sure if it'll make a difference... BUT she jsut smsed me and said she's not feeling well. Grah, poor girl. Take care of yourself alright?
